Will I receive my Pre-Orders on release date?

We aim to ship all Pre-Orders to be received on the published release dates, subject to receiving products from distribution in good time to do so. Delays in receiving products may make it not possible for us to ship in time for release but we aim to keep you informed on any delays.

On rare occasions with popular products we may not receive our full allocation from suppliers to fulfil all orders. In this situation we aim to get products out to as many customers as possible and products will be prioritised in order of when the order was placed, any remaining items will be placed on back order. Back order items can be refunded immediately if requested or these will be fulfilled when additional stock arrives.

Do you buy singles or collections?

At this stage we do not buy or sell singles online.

All single sold in store are from our own personal collection and not part of Ultimate TCG's stock.

Do you ship overseas?

At this stage we do not ship outside of the UK, though this is something we may be looking to expand on in the future.

We will ship to 3rd party freight forwarders but you would need to make the arrangements with them directly before placing your order.

My tracking says delivered but I have not received my order

Please check your tracking to see if it has been left in a safe place.

If you cannot locate your parcel in the first instant we ask you to raise this with Royal Mail and get a case reference number, we will then work with Royal Mail to try and locate your parcel as soon as possible. If the parcel cannot be located and we need to raise a claim we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent out or provide a refund if the item in no longer available.
